Core Design
The central core facilitates 4 lift shafts. Two stairwells acting as fire isolated egress paths connect all General Office Floors as well as the Upper Plant room and discharge into the carpark entry on St Georges Terrace and the forecourt beside Australia Post.
Service cupboards are located in the core passageway on each level allowing frequent inspections to be carried out with minimal disruption to the tenants.
At the General Office Floors the core accommodates general toilet facilities and a tea preparation area.

The General Office Floor "floor to floor" height is 3660mm with a ceiling height of 2740mm.
